Gutter Cleaning
Clearing blocked gutters and can help protect your property from water damage.
We use powerful industrial wet vacuum cleaners, with high reach poles incorporating special nozzles to suck out all the debris that block gutters and downpipes.
We also use camera system that allows us to see the dirt being removed from the gutters.
Footage of the cleaning can be recorded for the customers viewing.
Our system can be used up to 40 feet high and is ideal for cleaning awkward to reach gutters or area above single extensions or conservatories.
Driveway-Patio-DeckingCleaning
We clean moss, algae and weeds using professional cleaning equipment with a combination of flat surface pressure wash and/or soft wash and finish with re-sanding where required.
Once complete a Biocide treatment can be added to deter re-growth.
Although some surfaces are not suitable for high pressure washing, surfaces can be cleaned with a combined lower pressure wash with biocides and cleaning agents.
As well as Monoblock driveways we can clean resin bound, resin bonded, tarmac and imprinted concrete, car parks and all types of driveway cleaning.
Often combined with our Soft washing service to give the most effective and indeed longest lasting clean.
Roof Cleaning
Soft wash roof cleaning the most effective way to clear moss or other debris lichen, from the roof.
The first step of cleaning is to remove the excess growth and lichen using high reach extendable poles with tile cleaning trowels.
After removal of as much visible growth possible we apply can apply a range of cleaners.
Lightning cleanze will give instant results where as Bio Cleanze biocide soft wash will work its magic over several months following application.
We recommend the biocide treatment for a longer lasting effect.
We offer a complimentary gutters and fascia clean while employed to do a roof clean.
Softwashing
Soft washing is a gentler way to clean a surface. Delicate surfaces such as render acrylic and roughcast.
We use a variety of different chemicals for Soft washing surfaces. These chemicals are effective against algae, moss, lichen, and moulds.
Some chemicals will give instant results whilst some chemicals take time to weather away. Soft washing is carried out with variety Biocides and cleaning agents relevent to the surface being cleaned

UPVC and Solar Cleaning
Conservatory, fascia, and soffit cleaning we use telescopic poles with soft fascia cleaning brushes.
Together with gentle detergents to clean algae, dirt and grime that these areas love to attract.
We clean all kinds of fascia, soffits and guttering including UPVC, cast iron, wood and aluminium to name a few.
Fascia and soffit cleaning can be carried out together with internal gutter cleaning at a discount price.
